Intresting article. however, dont you think certain sectors like the reality, mortage, etc are are really in a hopeless situation, esp, here in the US.

Hi Dave, Not just in the US. Across Asia the booming sector has suddenly gone limp.. hit by the high cost (and lack of access to) capital for organizations and a more cautious lending by banks to customers.

However, a number of reality clients who engage us have moved quickly towards retention rather than focus on acquisition of new customers. quite in line with my expectations.
